What is your question?
I just recharged my air conditioner in my car and now the AC only works half the time. The half of the time it just blows warm air.

you probably have a leak in the system. install refrigerant with dye added to find out where the leak is
Evaporator cores are the most common leaks in this A/C system. If you install a dye into the system and check it for leaks and you dont find any (but the system lost refrigerant) then most likely it is this part. An expensive repair requiring extensive dash work ranging from $500-900 depending on your area, the type of Stratus you have Coupe vs. Sedan and a few other factors. If your not sure how to look for a leak, then I strongly recommend taking the car to a A/C Specialist for professional diagnosis. Good luck!
I've had this problem off and on for 3 years and had the whole system replaced only to have it do the same thing. Occasionally the a/c would work if I waited to turn it on when my rpm's were up & on the hwy...if I was going slow or in town forget it, it would never work & the light on the knob would just blink...BTW I have a 2004 Dodge Stratus RT V6 3.0L...just solved the problem (hopefully) yesterday...there was too much freon/pressure in the system & after mechanic removed quite a bit it has been working great!
