if you haven't cleared the code the light will stay on for quite awhile (until it tests & doesn't see the leak). one thing to check is the leak detection pump. they have a high fauilure rate on dodge vehicles. follow the evap lines (there will be a green cap on one in the engine compartment) till you find something large w/ wire & vacuum lines going to it. when you start your car cold the air pump there should run & it should block off the vent line. the vent line goes from the ldp to the carbon canister.
