You have to be absolutely sure there is no air trapped in the cooling system. If no air is trapped, It may be possible that there is a fracture in the cyl head its self. You may want to have to have a machine-shop pressure test your cyl head for possible cracks. Yup, you may have to pull it off again. :-(
