What is your question?
I changed the timing belt in Feb and it is not broke changed fuel pump in May and it seems like it is kicking in when you turn the ignition on. It turns over but will not start. could it be a relay or I have sensor broke which screws into the front of the engine down below the exhaust manifold I don't know what this sensor does. What could be wrong.

you need to start with a compression test to verify that the motor has enough to start. then you check for spark and fuel pressure. something will be missing causing it not to start. Roy
How do check the fuel pressure on a 1998 Dodge Stratus 2.4 Litre Engine
you need a fuel pressure guage with the proper adapters to tap into the system. if you do not have it, it is cheaper to let a shop do this portion for you. the tool costs more than the diag. Roy
