What is your question?
I have change almost everything in my car!, Bought a new pcm, and I'm thinking the codes aren't the same as the car? If that makes sense. I'm not a mechanic. My dad has tried to help me as well, but he is stumped. Tried to take it to a mechanic, but they say their computers don't do electrical things? I don't know, I'm just really tired of putting new parts in it, and nothing making it run. Any ideas?

You have got to be kidding orangeyellowdog. Start by getting the battery checked out. then see if you have battery voltage going to the starter(small wire) when you have someone try to start it. Of course that will require a $20 test light. Or keep shooting parts at it. There's no computer that will tell you what's wrong. You need someone with a BRAIN!
You can by your own code reader at Pep Boys for around $50 and return it when you are done. I would try that.
Agree with Experttec, definitely need a friend to engage the ignition switch to the starter position see if you have power to the starter wire at the starter, charge and test the battery or at least see if the engine will "crank over" if you use another car to "jump start" your car.
