Car won't crank no turn signals no radio no odometer no wipers battery is good

You must have a bad connection for everything to fail. I would try cleaning battery terminals and wire connectors to see if that helps. You could even have a bad connection between end of wire connector and wires also. If you have a build of corrosion I would start there. Dodge wire connectors are noted for going bad.
