Sounds like a possible air intake issue. Vacuum leak? Air control valve? Even an exhaust restriction as a possibility? It's all guesswork until you perform a proper diagnostic test to see how fuel pressure is, fuel delivery, ignition control, spark, air intake, vacuum leaks, exhaust flow is.
