Car making loud noise when turning

What is your question?

My car is making a louknoise when I turn. Its almost like a loud squeeking noise. I just had the strut on the passenger side replaced but it is still making the same noise and it sounds worse than it did before.

Could be a tie-rod end (part of the steering) or lower ball joint (s). In the old days these joints would have had a grease fitting to lubricate, but most cars don't now days.
