Dealer updated airbag now radio does not work

Do you have another shop that normally does your maint/repairs? IF yes , get them to diagnose the CAUSE of the radio failure , properly documenting the steps taken , and IF it actually is more than just a bad coincidence , bring the detailed report/receipt to the dealer and request reimbursement.Pictures would help if done properly. EXPECT to pay , until the true source of the malfunction is determined! Good luck.

My 2002 has to have a code entered , and code was found in credit card sized card in glovebox manual
