What is your question?
Had the problem in 2017 Mechanic replaced injectors--- drove good for 7 months --- problem came back -- vehicle needed glow plugs -- that was done -- drove good for 300 miles -- problem came back -- got code to replace glow plug controller -- that was done -- still had problem -- got another code to address the engine control unit -- mechanic sent to specialist to examine -- he found some glitches in circuit board which he replaced -- drove it 10 miles stalled out again mechanic got no codes -- we drove it 20 miles -- did not stall --- cleared old codes out and this is where we stand. So what do you think ?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing that I can tell just don't know when it will happen
How long has your 2005 Dodge Sprinter 2500 had this problem?

Firstly - “glow plugs†are only for 'cold' engine starting .. It seems you still need to find a qualified diesel mechanic .. This requires *hands-on* testing / diagnosis. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops
when you say stall, does the engine still run with very low power, if so the problem is the the boost control valve on turbo. use OEM valve only. E bay for rebuilt unit about $125.00 just as good as A new one. voice of over fifty years certified diesel experience. there is a difference of stalling and quit running. Bill.
is the engine going into limp mode very low power if so the do you get a code low turbo boost. if so I can solve the problem.Bill
It’s good to try and help folks out with their vehicles but unfortunately on this site we very rarely ever get a reply - even after knowing full well the advice we give had to fix their problems! I guess people just take what they can get and say the heck with everyone else. Times have definitely changed!
May need to leave vehicle with qualified personnel so it can be test driven until the failure actually occurs - nothing will take the place of experiencing this issue first hand.
