Hello, have you checked for proper fuel pressure? If it runs rough, has testing been performed to find out if you have a misfire, improperly routed wires, ignition concern, base engine compression issue, fuel delivery issue? So many possibilities that the only thing reasonable is to test it hands on with proper equipment and shop manual reference information.
