What is your question?
The car was running fine and just shut off by itself, no sputtering or anything, like one just turned the key off. When tring to restart it, the engine would just turn over. No spark or fuel going to the cylinders.

most common failure is the timing belt. you need a shop to check it for you to confirm and get a bid. Roy
Most probably the timing belt broke. Needs to be replaced at specified intervals. I would say at every 30.000 miles to be on the safe side. amclaussen
Thanks, but the timing belt was just replaced and had about 5 miles on it.
Thanks Roy, I didnt mention that we did put a new one on. We drove the car @ 5 miles, and let it idel for about 5 minutes, and the car just "turned off", no sputtering or anything. Think the timing could have gotten out of wack in that time?
i would remove the upper cover and verfiy your marks. Roy
