Vibration when idling

Hello, Have you checked for a clogged or leaking idle air control valve (IACV)? The IACV allows just enough air to enter the engine, so that it can still remain running when the accelerator is not pressed. They gum up at times, and can develop air leaks. Also, there may be an issue of fuel delivery, and the fuel pressure at the engine should be tested. Lastly, if the PCV valve is clogged If you cant hear it rattle when you shake it, or you can't blow through it, replace it.
