Power Window & heater & ac contol swith. Hit the power buttom window swith window will not come down & park brake light come on , Put button on for Heat or AC control swith will not come on at all but park brake light will come on .

The power window switch sounds like a bad ground, the park light comes on because the window system is searching for any ground it can find, and back traces up very strange places. ( I have seen very strange things like the radio will turn on etc ). Sounds like a similar situation with the Heater Switch.
