Hello, Follow the brake lines from the master cylinder until you hit the combination valve. The front and rear brakes run into, and out of the combination valve. If contamination builds up inside the valve, fluid will only move in one direction. In your case, it sounds like it will only flow towards the brakes. Are the rear brakes locking as well? Do they hold the wheels when you press the service brakes?
