That slick kind!..... Any good quality conventional 10 w 30 will do just fine year round when engine is serviced at regular intervals!!

API - SAE 5W-20/30/40 (Below 60Deg.F), 10W-30/40/50 (Above -10Deg.F), 20W-20/40/50 (Above 32Deg.F) You could use 5w20 or 5w30 in it.

I use rotella 15w40 in mine and i have the 2.5l. It takes a just a minute for it to get to the head really good but i trust rotella better than any oil
