What is your question?
Had problem with batteries going dead.isolated IOD as problem. Need to find out exactly which item is causing problem. Think its the interior dome but don't know how to find out. How do you go about finding out exactly what is causing problem. There is no check engine light to indicate a module problem. Fuses are not blown. Could a weak fuse cause this problem. The only clue was the draining of the batteries.

Not sure how quickly your battery is draining, but my 2001 Ram 1500 had a .3 amp drain. I seldom drive my truck, so this drain would deplete the battery enough that it would not start in about a month. Pulling the IOD fuse eliminated the draw. Though process of elimination and a little time spent visually inspecting the parasites on the IOD circuit, I found my glove compartment door hinge developed enough slop so it was hanging down ever so slightly. We're talking less than 1/8 of an inch. This was enough to unseat the push-pin type switch that controls the glove box light. Nothing a little redneck engineering couldn't fix with a small sticky felt pad to take up the gap and apply more pressure to the switch. Hope your issue leads to his simple of a fix.
