Truck idles fine. But upon acceleration it goes to full throttle but then throttle starts to drop and black smoke start coming out of the exhaust.

Why/how was the choice made , to replace the parts already listed? Sounds like your next best step , is to either invest in a GOOD scanner (that can read LIVE DATA) , or get it to a reputable shop and have them scan it and take a 'snapshot' of the data while in failed state. Is it safe to assume that the 'check engine' light is on?
