How do I change the u-joints and support bearings?

Any popping or squeaking noise when taking off from a stop? Should show up at all speeds if it is driveshaft/u joint related! It will most likely be the rear shaft joint(s) IF VIBRATION is the problem. Have tires checked and balanced IF SHAKING is the problem. To answer your question though, better let your mechanic (check) change those parts!!!
