What is your question?

I turn my Dodge 2500 Ram will not start the problems started like it was a dead battery it would barely crank over but now I get nothing I have a brand new battery I put a brand new starter in when I turn the ignition nothing happens but all my accessories turn on but yet I can Arc the Phil annoyed and I can get it started all my fuses are good
