Engine overheats in the winter time - - But does not overheat in the summer time ? No suggestions.

ASSUMING there is sufficient *ANTIFREEZE* concentration in cooling system to prevent coolant icing.. Weak (insufficient) antifreeze to water mixture will cause overheating as the coolant turns to slush. That’s the ONLY thing I can think of. Good luck!
