Have you put a new one on again? Start it for 1 or 2 minutes (or less if you see it showing signs of problem), then turn it off and inspect ALL pulley contact areas for signs of misalignment. Check very carefully. Restart and let run progressively longer periods of time and vary turning the A/C on and off to change 'load' conditions.
