What is your question?
It doesn't matter taking the battery cables loose or sticking a computer to check it. Both lights stay on!

Step one- Check/verify that your brake master cylinder reservoir is full , IF the level is low , causing the RED brake warning light to come on , then the ABS (amber) warning light will automatically come on until the primary problem is fixed. NEXT if fluid level is good , you will need to use a scan tool that will communicate with the ABS control module , not all of those 'free code readers' at the parts houses do that. IF this is an option for you and you have someone that may know what to look for visually , then you may want to raise the vehicle , remove the wheels , and look for signs of damage to the ABS components ,in this case I would start by carefully checking the wheel speed sensors and wiring , for damage. Respond with results for more if needed.
not sure how would i check it
