What is your question?
After it fires up, it will die like it had a fuel left over but not getting any new fuel. Will just crank over the next 8 to 10 times without trying to start up. Then it starts and you need to pump the pedal hard then after a few seconds it runs just fine and will start throughout the day. Next morning, problem happens all over again. Might be my imagination but it seems like I smell too much diesel when I get out of the truck after driving it. 250,000 miles and have never had a starting problem before
What makes this problem better or worse?
It happens after sitting over night
How long has your 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 had this problem?
For a month, right after I got it back
