my tack speedo a/c and alt don,t work I have relaced crank sensor

I have two new batteries fully charged battery voltage stays the same running or not alternator is not charging but alt is ok speedo tack a/c not working also have replaced crank sensor

battery voltage should not stay the same.should be 12.6 volts with truck off.with truck running should be 13.5-14.5 volts.have the alternator checked!

how many wires go from data link connector to the pcm yes I checked the alt it will put out full output

Pin 2. - Serial Data - FROM the PCM. Pin 4 & 5 - GROUND - Usually only pin 5 is needed, however some scan tools/code readers will need GROUND on pin 4 as well. Pin 16 - 12v+ BATTERY - Power from 12v+ Battery source.

by any chance do you no where the orange wire go,s from the pcm is it a ground
