The power windows and the fan will not work on my 1996 ram 2500. And the airbag light/abs light is on now.

You will need a scanner capable of reading srs codes for the air bag light. The other issues could be seperate and will need to be inspected by a technician. Too many variables. If you don't work on your own car then use this link to find a good shop near you. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops Alex
