AC blowing hot air when parked. Gets colder as i accelerate.

What is your question?

Checked AC and it's fully charged. When I start my truck and leave it in park, it just blows hot air. As I accelerate down the road, it begins to get colder. The further I travel, the colder it gets. When I stop at a stop sign or stop light, it warms back up again. What could the problem be?
