My 2006 1500 makes a loud noise when I turn the heat on.

No rodent but there was piece of plastic in there. Doesn't look like it cam from any of the parts. Put the motor back in and tested it sound is gone. It must have been jammed in the fan itself because now the air is flowing better. Thanks for the help.

Glad you got it. We fixed one Friday where a rodent built a nest with grass, it was completely full, and boy what a noise. Good Day.
