Key less Remote only works if the ignition is turned on. Turn off the Ignition and the the doors will not respond lock/unlock. I've replaced a blown fuse, new batteries in the 2 FOBS. The hard Key is not working either it's stuck in the Vertical position, already tried WD 40 to loosen it up, no luck. Totally stumped at this point??? Replace the WIN Module??
What makes this problem better or worse?

The words "I've replaced a blown fuse" concerns me -- what circuit, and why did it blow? It's not like fuses just fail arbitrarily -- usually the result of some kind of surge or short. Good luck.
