What is your question?
I had to feel pump replaced. The next day I was driving and it felt like a decrease in speed, but my foot pressure did not change on the pedal. When I went to get in my car later that day it would start but the moment I put it in gear it cut off. could this be because of replacing the fuel pump and maybe I just need to check spark plugs. As far as a bad catalytic converter the only thing that is missing is the rotten egg smell could this possibly be a bad converter

Can’t say without performing the required *hands-on* testing to identify the actual failure. No use guessing at it!
Like Pushrod said, hands-on testing is needed. A restricted catalytic converter could cause performance problems but would not likely cause a start/stall concern. Other engine performance issues may be present.
