My 2004 dodge ram 1500 5.7 has a stalling issue.

I have heard alot of the same thing happenin to many hemi truck owners but no one has an answer. Can anyone help with a strating point of what's wrong. When throttle acceleration it begins to die down,will stall but will start right back up again. Just inspected in January now the check engine light is on with evap code. I stalled new gas capparent though. This problem happens daily now since the warm weather came. It got so bad yesterday that it would start right up idle for a few mins. Chug,chug then quit running. Every time till I just closed the hood.
