No instruments, turn signals, dome lights, and power door locks?

Red lite on lower right side of cluster is only thing on! No codes or check engine light (even though I have a bad o2 sensor and check engine was on)Truck starts and runs fine, but I need gauges and turn signals. lol all fuses are fine. fixing vehicles for 30 years and I am stumped!
