Would anyone know if i can fairly eaily put a 03/04 5.7 hemi in a 1999 dodge ram

I have a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie SLT 4x4 with a 5.9 360 in it that burns oil, i want to maybe put a 03/04 5.7 hemi in it to replace the 360, but I'm not sure if everything will hook or not has anyone done this before?
