Whats the best way to drain all the water from my tranny plz?

Now this one time a trnsmission flush is definitely needed! The best thing to do is find a repair shop that can machine flush your trans. Will need a tow! What is YOUR skill level? How much auto repair have you done? Reason i ask, there is another way, but you need to be a little car savvy.
