MY HEATER/AC ONLY HAS ONE SPEED AND THATS WIDE OPEN, THE PROBLEM A FAN GOING BAD

don't think so. It could be the blower relay or the resister in the glove compartment. easy fix and not too expensive maybe $15 each. Its a process of illumination. Or you can have an electrical guy diagnos it but that will cost too.
