Got fuel no spark will not connect to computer

Ecm fuse is first place if go and then does the check engine light turn on when key is first turned on
Any message showing in speedometer like >no bus..?
No all seems OK just will not start
Not sure did check fuze checked for check engine lite no lite when you turn on key.
