What is your question?
I have replaced several parts on it, plugs and wires, throttle positioning sensor, map sensor, battery, repaired vacuum lines. Cadillac converter was stopped up they drilled holes in it and it worked for a while. Each and every time I have had the truck worked on it will work great for about 2 weeks then the same problems will emerge. Also I can run the truck sometimes all day and not have an issue then I will be driving and all of a sudden it starts the spitting and sputtering again. Sometimes it cannot idle without putting pressure on gas pedal and will die in middle of turns with no warning.

have you removed the iac valve to check for carbon build up?sometimes cleaning these if real dirty will help it.also i would double check vaccum lines for leaks, sometimes they are hard to find.my truck(a ford)thru 9 codes a while back, engine was spitting and sputtering so bad,it was bad.well those 9 codes were false codes, but real, because pcm was doing its job,it was saying i need help.anyways,it was the pcv valve vaccum hose, collapsed, but it was covered with foam insulation.cut insulation back a little, replaced 3 inch hose, cleared codes, motor smooth as good ole white lightnen.good luck
