Do a web search on 21-21-94 for Dodge - it's a service bulletin that refers to the seal replacement. This may or may not be helpful, but at least discusses the seal and replacement parts. Other than that, you have to inspect the surfaces and components for areas that the new seal can be damaged.
Incorrect seal or replacement procedures - - damaged or roughened driveshaft yoke - - driveshaft imbalance (should feel vibration while driving). Tail housing ‘bushing’ should be ok in a “new transfer case” (?) .. Check for excessive yoke movement just the same.
Remove driveshaft and closely inspect the yoke - any damage or even a nick can damage the seal lip and cause fluid leakage. Make sure transfer case venting is open. Lastly - be certain you have located the actual leak source .. Fluid leak forward of the driveshaft will end up there eventually as vehicle is driven - - ‘airflow’ will force leaking fluid rearward for some funny reason. Good luck!
