2008 dodge nitro has no power when key is in acc. position any ideas?

the battery was completely dead tried boosting with a battery charger power came on starter clicked and then nothing! It seems like the main fuse is blown however i removed it and it looks good. there is now no power at all to the vehicle. installed new battery and vehicle still has no power. no lights, no dash, no chime, nothing at all.
