my Nitro will sometimes start and other times sounds like the starter is dragging and dragging and wont fire, i had a red lightning bolt on my dash as well as 2 yellow lights. i changed throttle body and it worked for bout 1 or 2 days. now its back to starting 3/4 of the time. i had computer hooked up 2 it and it read IDLE AIR CONTROL SYSTEM RPM higher than expected, i found a hole n 1 vaccum hose, will this take care of the problem i was having

You've got to definitely repair any vacuum leaks, and yes, that can affect idle speed most certainly. Always fix what you know to be failed before moving forward to other troubleshooting.
