wash my engine off and the next day it was driving rough so stop by autozone and code came up was misfire #4 could someone help me

Good chance the #4 spark plug tube got water in it, The ignition coil is most likely damaged and will need replacing - I would remove all the coils, inspect for water, replace the #4 coil and possibley all the spark plugs
