What is your question?
I brought the vehicle to my mechanics 3 times in the past month and a half for this issue. The first time they repaired the gas cap and something (i forget what) and the issue was seemingly fixed. However, the ABS ESP BAS and Engine lights came back on a week or two later. I took it back to the shop and told nothing was wrong with the car. The guy indicated that i may have slipped on ice and stated that all the lights were off in the car. Approximately one day later the engine light comes on and the odometer said gas cap again. Two weeks after that the ABS BAS ESP Engine and Break are illuminated on the dashboard. I took back in and this time informed that i needed a new control module (??) The mechanic said the lights will remain on but that the car is drivable for now. Additionally, i was told that the estimated cost to replace the control module is $3,000 :-o Does this sound right??? I know nothing about cars..... Any feedback on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

We have lots of problems with gas caps try buying a new gas cap , open gas cap if you see rust around the fill tube cld be causing it to leak how to tell is make a solution with dawn dish soap and water n a spray bottle take a hose and put down the fill tube spray around the fill tube with the soapy water then blow air down the tube if u see bubbles it means air is getting thru and u need a new fill tube. Also nitros do have n issue with the inlet neck valve with causes it to spill out when u stop fueling only solution for that is a new gas tank. Hope I solve ur problem try this b4 u spend money we own a repair shop n hate the mechanics tht over charge n dnt fix it right there are simpler cheaper ways for alot of things also nitro has small opening for gas cap sometimes u dnt tighten it enough good luck
