(and guess what, now the brakes went out lol...go figure. but i love my neon.) oops, forgot to login. i should add my husband just told me it was a retention pulley? a dealer item? sound right?

Always go to Napa auto parts if you can as they have experienced counter help and if they can't get it, Then its a dealer item and as for the brakes you know where to look up your estimates www.repairpal.com/estimator

you've been a great help!!! edit: apparently i am wrong. we have a 2004 neon. i don't know why i thought it was a 2005. does it make a difference?
