Check engine light on - o2 sensor and running to lean

I am in desperate need of getting my check engine light off and car inspected for NYS. My check engine light is on and i had someone check and they said the codes come back to o2 sensor and running to lean. i have called some shops and they want 109.00 diagnostic fee before they can give an estimate. I am an EMT who does not make alot of money but definaltly need my car legal as i do a commute to work. please i need off the wall estimates top and bottom end of what this may cost and what they may have to do to remidy this situation. thank you in advance
