It's not too uncommon to hear the engine coolant to make gurgling noises, just make sure the engine temperature is normal and the coolant level is OK. If the A/C was running, then you may be hearing the A/C refrigerant as it equalizes between the high and low side of the system, which is normal. Hope that helps!
