2002 dodge neon, car runs rough with very low idle,

p0108 code came up, i changed the map sensor and no change. the strange thing is when i put the car in reverse ( only reverse )the car runs and idles great, like there is no issue.

What makes this problem better or worse?

reverse makes it better
