What is your question?
with all 4 doors shut tight, it says door fuse and it will ding....the ding noise is annoying... has anyone had this issue or know how to fix it??

I know you posted this some time ago and hopefully you got this fixed, otherwise, there's a chance your car is referring to your Fuse panel that that's to the left of the steering wheel. You can't see it unless you open the door and look on the side of the panel the steering wheel comes out of. Check those fuses to see if one is missing or blown.
checked all fuses plus all in engine compartment...apparently it's something to do with dome light...replaced the dome light and the fuse part went off but still says door and the light will not go off... drains battery.....
Interesting...I'm not a mechanic but am a persistent/avid trouble-shooter. If it's displaying fuse but none of yours are blown, my next suggestion would be to check the parts that use the fuses. For example, the bulb you checked is one thing that uses the fuses as a medium for power. Try this...out ALL of your windows down so that you can hear the door chimes. If the sensor that detects whether or not the door is closed is the culprit, you can troubleshoot it in 3 minutes. Find out where they are on your car. There's one for each door, and if you don't know what it looks like, google "dodge neon door ajar sensor". Start your car (remember, windows down), and get out (make sure all doors are closed). Go door by door and lean on them, hard, near the sensor. Check each door to see if any of these stop the dinging. If they do, there's a chance that the dinging was from either A.- a bad sensor, or B.- a sensor that needs to be adjusted higher to reach the door. Reason I suspect the door is because you stated that it won't go away. This is the most likely cause I can think of. Also, why you're at it, check the trunk too (as in push hard). I don't know if they have a sensor (I don't own a neon, so I can't check).
