No start, no crank has power

What is your question?

Good battery, good starter. Wont start in park or neutral.starter relay fuse has slight noise when key turned to start. Replaced relay fuse & still no start, crank. Power to fuel pumping, dash lights run thru, bright headlights. Power windws work, key fob locksdoors. Need trouble shooting HELP!!
