i am having problems maintaining speed after about 20 minutes on flat roadways

What is your question?

On hills i lose speed much quicker until the car loses enough speed that it is basically idling and i have to pull it over to the side. If i shut it off for a minute or two it will have full power for about the same amount of time. I had it hooked up to a computer and i got a lean code.

Sounds like your catalytic convert is plugged up. It may need to be replaced.

I have had it checked out. It showed to be good. I have also had a fuel pressure test. Its good! I've also replaced fuel pump assembly.
