how to keep car from shutting off when idling or stopped?

What is your question?

My car runs fine until it I am at a stop light or in heavy traffic. It then begins to idle hard and then will shut off. If I start the egine agian it will turn on fine and run with no issues, only when idling and stopped at lights and signs.
